7 Day Adjustment Guarantee
What's Covered In Your 7 Day Adjustment
We stand behind our work. If you’re experiencing a concern with your installation, you have 7 calendar days from your appointment date to request a complimentary adjustment.
Eligible issues are:
- Discomfort
- Color Matching
- Volume
- Fullness
- Length
Please note: achieving your desired result may require additional hair or locs at an added cost.
Requests based on a change of mind – rather than an installation concern — will be treated as a new service.
Any adjustments made by another stylist, or improper care of your extensions or dreadlocks, will void your 7-Day Adjustment Guarantee.

Quick Fix Service
What is a Quick Fix?
We stand behind our work. To support your experience, we offer one complimentary Quick Fix service per install cycle. This is not a full appointment-it’s a 15-minute visit intended to resolve small, immediate concerns with your hair extensions or dreadlocks.
What's Included in a Quick Fix?
This service is intended for minor issues such as:
- A Loose thread
- A popped rubberband
- A loose weft
- Extension piece sticking out
- Minor placement adjustments
What a Quick Fix Does NOT Include?
While we’re happy to offer this support, please note that Quick Fix visits do not cover:
- Full adjustments or reinstallations
- Routine maintenance
- Color corrections or changes
- Full row tightening
- General tightening of extensions
- Services or installations older than 4 weeks
If the Concern Exceeds a Quick Fix
If your concern goes beyond what is covered in a Quick Fix, we reserve the right to assess the situation and apply charges accordingly. In that case, we’ll guide you toward the appropriate appointment type to ensure a lasting solution.

Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and are required to book an appointment at Hair Extensions Inc. The amount is determined at your consultation and determined by your stylist.
Service Refunds
We do not offer cash or card refunds on services rendered. We have our 7 Day Adjustment Guarantee in place to ensure your satisfaction.
Product Refunds
We do not issue refunds on used products. If there is a defect, we will issue an in store credit to be used at your discretion.

Guest Policy
Our studio floor is reserved exclusively for guests receiving services. For safety, privacy, and to maintain the experience of all clients, no additional guests are permitted beyond the waiting area.
No Children Under 13
To preserve the calm, professional nature of our environment, we do not allow children under the age of 13 in the studio. Please arrange for childcare in advance.
Guests who arrive with small children will be asked to reschedule and a $75 rescheduling fee will apply.
Booking an Appointment
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will be securely authorized at the time of booking.
All deposits made online or through the mobile app are processed via SSL-secured portals for your protection.

Right to Refuse Service
Hair Extensions Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for the following reasons:
- Improper behavior
- Repeated tardiness or cancellations
- Disruptive or disrespectful conduct
- Any other reason we deem inappropriate or unsafe for our space
