A Policy That Respects Your Time

Clear guidance on cancellations, reschedules, and how we maintain a respectful and reliable experience for every guest.

Let’s Talk Cancellations

At Hair Extensions Inc., your time-and ours-is valuable. We operate on a precision-based schedule in a private, one-on-one environment. Because each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for advanced notice if anything changes.

48-Hour Notice Required

To respect the time and energy we reserve for each guest, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

This allows us to offer your spot to someone on our waitlist and maintain the flow of our schedule.

If changes are made within the 48-hour window, the following applies:

  •   Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of your service total will be charged
  •   Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the service total will be charged
  •   All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

We appreciate your understanding and commitment to maintaining a respectful and smooth experience for all clients.

Please Note

•Social media messages (DMs) are not accepted as valid cancellation requests.

  •  Your cancellation is not considered received until you receive a confirmation reply.
  • You are responsible for confirming your cancellation or reschedule was received on time.
 
 

 

Cancellation Fees

To maintain fairness and integrity within our schedule, the following cancellation fees will apply without exception:

Same-Day Cancellation

50% of the total service cost

No Call / No Show

100% of the total service cost

 

Appointments Involving Hair Purchases

Same-Day Cancellation

Deposit is forfeited. No refund or transfer will be issued.

No Call / No Show

Deposit is forfeited. No future appointments will be accepted.

 

Missed Consultations

No Call / No Show for Consultation

We will be unable to accommodate future bookings.

Policy Enforcement

  • All cancellation fees must be paid in full before your next appointment can be scheduled
  • Fees are processed automatically to the card on file
  • Exceptions are not guaranteed and must be discussed prior to the missed appointment

 

Late Arrivals

We operate on a precision-based schedule with limited availability. Even a small delay can disrupt the flow of the day and affect the experience of other clients.

If you anticipate being late, please text us as early as possible so we can adjust accordingly.

We will always do our best to accommodate, but depending on the schedule, we may need to:

  •   Shorten your service
  •   Reschedule your appointment
  •   Apply a same-day cancellation fee

Guests who arrive 30 minutes late or more may be considered a same-day cancellation if we cannot proceed without compromising the schedule.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

New Clients

Once your deposit has been received, you may reschedule your appointment one time without forfeiting your deposit.

Please note that once a deposit is made, your hair extensions are prepped and secured specifically for your service. The deposit does not reflect the full cost of the service or the hair. If you cancel your appointment entirely, the deposit is forfeited.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Return Clients

You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time without penalty.

If you request to reschedule within the 48-hour window, standard cancellation fees may apply based on your service type.

How to Reschedule

All changes must be communicated through one of the following approved channels:

Final Note

If you reschedule more than once, or cancel after rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings may require full payment upfront.

Card On File

A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. Nothing will be charged unless a cancellation or no-show occurs in violation of this policy. You will always receive an email/text receipt if a fee is incurred.

Respecting Our Schedule

We work by appointment only—no walk-ins, no overlapping clients. Your appointment starts and ends on time to ensure a peaceful, uninterrupted experience for every guest. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early.

 If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and apply a late cancellation fee.

Work, Travel, Life Happens

We understand emergencies happen. If something unexpected occurs, communicate with us as early as possible. We’ll always extend grace where it’s truly needed. But no-shows without notice will forfeit the ability to rebook.

Series + Membership Appointments

If you are on a series or membership plan, cancellation fees still apply. Missed appointments will be forfeited if not cancelled properly.

Booking Means Agreement

By booking, you agree to these terms. This policy ensures fairness, respects our time, and supports a high-quality experience for all clients.
