7 DAY ADJUSTMENT GUARANTEE

You have 7 days from the day of your appointment to contact us if you’re having any issues with your installation. Our 7 Day Adjustment guarantee will address any

  •  Discomfort
  • Color Matching
  • Volume 
  • Fullness
  • Length 

 

Please be mindful that any additional extensions or dreadlocks may have to be purchased to ensure that you will have the look that you desire. Also, any changes resulting in you changing your mind will be done at your expense.

If no notice is given within the 7 day adjustment period, any adjustments will be treated as a new service thus a charge will be applied.

QUICK FIX

Because we stand behind our work, we offer our complimentary Quick Fix service. A quick fix is not a new appointment. It is a 15 minute opening to address something minor such as
  • A Loose thread
  • A popped rubberband
  • A loose weft 
  • Extension piece sticking out 
  • Slight adjustments

This service is NOT for
  • Full Adjustments
  • Routine Maintenance
  • Color Adjustments
  • Full Row Adjustments
  • Tightening of extensions
  • Anything that has been installed or maintenanced over 4 weeks

We reserve the right to assess and charge accordingly.  

DEPOSITS

Deposits are non-refundable and are required to book an appointment at Hair Extensions Inc. The amount is determined at your consultation and determined by your stylist.

SERVICE REFUNDS

We do not offer cash refunds on services rendered. We have our 7 Day Adjustment Guarantee in place to ensure your satisfaction. 

PRODUCT REFUNDS

We do not issue refunds on used products. If there is a defect, we will issue an in store credit to be used at your discretion.
